" I Believe "
The
18th Annual Beaver County Festival of Trees
The 2007 Festival of Trees
will be held the weekends of Nov 22nd (Thanksgiving Night)
through Sunday, Nov 25th, and Friday, Nov 30th through
Sunday, Dec 2nd.
The Annual Tree/Wreath Benefit Auction
will be held on
Friday, Dec 7th, 2007.
This year's theme is
" I Believe ".
The festival, this year, is dedicated to the memory of our
good friend,
Fred Smith,
for whom, the festival
was a passion
and labor of love.
If you are a “Believer” in Christmas, Santa or just love looking at some of the area's most gorgeous trees, come on down and share in the fun. You will certainly feel the joy and the excitement of the festival, because the Spirit of Christmas is in the air here.
In addition to the trees, there are trains, Candy Cane Lane Gift Shop, which is loaded with affordable gifts and trinkets, Snack Bar, Children's Craft Corner, Baskets and Raffles, and of course, the jolly old man himself, Santa.
The Festival of Trees
is a family event held to benefit the children involved with
Beaver County Children and Youth Services. Proceeds are used
to purchase school shoes, winter coats, summer camp outings,
eyeglasses, smoke detectors and scholarships to graduating
seniors entering the field of Human Services or children
involved with the agency continuing the education.
